I have gone after OHS but I think it has to be UtilEbill...and by the way...they have the same scummy lawyer. This is not a small claims court complaint. It is Superior Court and the costs now to file are double so you have to think that if you should lose then you pay for them and yourself. If I sell, I will pay them out but for now, I am living my house in relative comfort and also they have never ever serviced this equipment.
